O Registo de Nascimento por transcrição para filhos de progenitor(es) angolano(s) nascidos em Portugal, com idade igual ou superior a dezoito anos, é feito com base no Assento de Nascimento emitido pelas autoridades locais portuguesas.

Who can apply?

O cidadão, filho de progenitor(es) angolano(s), nascido em Portugal, com idade igual ou superior a dezoito anos que pretende transcrever o seu próprio nascimento para Angola.

The presence of the citizen who wishes to have his or her birth transcribed to Angola is compulsory.

How much does it cost?

The amount can be paid by:

• Multibanco available at the Consulate.
  Bank cards accepted:
  • Visa Debit;
  • Visa Electron;
  • Mastercard;
  • Maestro;
  • Discover.
• Deposit or bank transfer using the following data:

  Ref: (Name and consular act required - Ex: Visa, Consular Registration, Passport, Safe-conduct, Authentication, etc).

• Payments are non-refundable.
  Make sure you pay with the correct amount.
• The payment receipt must be attached to the application.
  After payment keep the copy of the receipt.
