Renovação e 2.ª via do Bilhete de Identidade

O Bilhete de Identidade, é o documento de identificação pessoal que permite identificar o titular como cidadão ou cidadã angolano(a) e a identidade civil perante quaisquer autoridades públicas ou privadas.

Who can apply?

Todos os cidadãos angolanos que pretendem renovar o Bilhete de Identidade ou que pretendem uma segunda via do mesmo, por motivos de caducidade, má conservação, extravio, rectificação ou averbamento, quer residam ou não em território nacional.

É obrigatória a presença do requerente, independentemente da sua idade.

How much does it cost?

The amount can be paid by:

• Multibanco available at the Consulate.
  Bank cards accepted:
  • Visa Debit;
  • Visa Electron;
  • Mastercard;
  • Maestro;
  • Discover.
• Deposit or bank transfer using the following data:
  Bank: NOVO BANCO
  Bank Account: 5760 0268 0000
  IBAN:
  Ref: (Name and consular act required - Ex: Visa, Consular Registration, Passport, Safe-conduct, Authentication, etc).

• Payments are non-refundable.
  Make sure you pay with the correct amount.
• The payment receipt must be attached to the application.
  After payment keep the copy of the receipt.
